Private beta

Pufflemail may be offered in a limited or private beta. Beta services can change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn at any time. Please do not rely on a beta service for critical workflows without maintaining an independent backup or process.

You are responsible for your use of Pufflemail and for any content or communications you submit, connect, or authorize through the service. You must comply with applicable laws, the rights of others, and the policies of any communication platform you use with Pufflemail.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
